🎥 Content Creator

Location: Remote or Hybrid (depending on your city)
Type: Freelance or Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

  • Create compelling, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Collaborate on creative direction, storyboards, and campaign concepts
  • Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, BTS content, etc.)
  • Capture high-quality lifestyle, product, and event photography
  • Maintain content calendar and deliver weekly content based on upcoming campaigns and launches
  • Stay updated on digital trends and proactively pitch fresh ideas

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling
  • Proficiency with video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Comfortable in front of and behind the camera
  • Knowledge of current trends in culture, fashion, design, and digital media
  • Portfolio or social media examples showcasing your creative style
  • Highly self-motivated and organized

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience with brand collaborations or influencer marketing


📈 Digital Marketeer

Location: Remote or Hybrid
Type: Freelance or Part-Time (with potential to expand)

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies that align with BY JUNE’s brand and growth goals
  • Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, and digital advertising
  • Optimize our online presence and performance (SEO, SEM, web analytics)
  • Create reports and analyze data to improve performance across platforms
  • Coordinate with the Content Creator to align visuals and messaging
  • Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Experience running paid ad campaigns with proven ROI
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to strategy
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience working with creative brands or in the lifestyle/fashion/beauty space is a plus

Bonus Skills:

  • Shopify, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads
  • Email campaign design and automation
  • Influencer/partnership marketing strategy
