Return Policy – BY JUNE

At BY JUNE, every item is selected with care — we truly hope you love it! But if something isn’t right, we make it easy to return or exchange your order.


1. Standard Returns – 30 Days

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Passen mag, maar dragen is niet toegestaan.

  • Keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Items worn, damaged, or washed cannot be returned.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to keep only one is not allowed.

Tip: Please don’t send items back before contacting us — returns sent without confirmation may not be accepted.


2. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@by-june.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos of each side of the item(s)

Step 2: Package and Ship

  • Ship your item back to the return address we provide after your request is approved.

  • Return shipping is at your expense, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • We strongly recommend using a track-and-trace shipping service. BY JUNE is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing may take extra time.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at info@by-june.com.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@by-june.com.
We will resolve the issue according to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or as required by law:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Gift items may only be returned by the original purchaser unless otherwise stated

If unsure, please contact us before attempting a return.


5. Exchanges

If you want a different item, please return your current item first, then place a new order once your return is approved.


6. Your Responsibility

  • Ensure the return address is correct. BY JUNE is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping information.

  • Report address errors within 24 hours of your order to prevent issues.


7. International Returns

  • Return shipping costs, including customs or import duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns.
